How To Redeem Points
Redeeming points is easy! You must accrue a minimum of 120 points, or $20 reward dollars, in order to redeem points for in-restaurant dollars. If points are being used on a catering order, points must equal a minimum of 50% of the order. For example, if you have 1000 points earned ($200 catering reward dollars) your order must be for $400 or more.
On A Catering Order: Simply tell us how many points you would like to use when you are placing your order. Your redeemed points will reflect on your account within 24 hours. You can place an order by calling Jarrad, Catering Director, at (310) 818-4674 or email catering@mapleblockmeat.com
In Restaurant: If you would like to redeem points in-restaurant, please contact jennifer@mapleblockmeat.com. Please email how many points you would like to redeem and you will be sent a gift card to be used in the restaurant. Your redeemed points will reflect on your account as soon as the gift card is issued, typically within 24 hours.
