On April 5th, Maple Block hosted our first ever-catering tasting event. Clients and foodie influencers were invited to an evening of food and fun. We outfitted the Maple Block parking lot, fired up the smoker and served up our famous fare. We even brought out the corn hole! Guests unwound after work with a smorgasbord of food, including our famous brisket and signature buttermilk biscuits. Guests were treated to wine, beer and our house made sodas.
